At present, the overall capacity utilization rate of the supplier is 62.63%, a decrease of 8.97% compared to the beginning of the week. Equipment failures frequently occur in East China, North China and South China, and a mainstream manufacturer in Jiangsu stops due to failure, which is expected to recover in about 10 days. The resumption of work by maintenance companies in Shanghai has been delayed, while production by mainstream companies in Shandong has experienced slight fluctuations. In Nanjing, equipment has malfunctioned and stopped for a short period of time. A manufacturer in Hebei has planned a short period of maintenance on July 9th, and a mainstream manufacturer in Guangxi has stopped due to equipment failure with a production capacity of 700000 tons. The spot supply is tight, and some regions have a tight supply, with the market leaning towards sellers. The raw material methanol market has been reorganized and operated, and the bottom support of acetic acid is relatively stable.

Next week, there will be little overall change in the supply side’s construction, maintaining around 65%. The initial inventory pressure is not significant, and centralized maintenance is superimposed. Some enterprises have been hindered in long-term shipments, and the market’s spot goods are indeed tight. Although the terminal demand is in the off-season, given the current situation, only the need to pick up the goods will still maintain high prices. It is expected that there will still be prices without market conditions next week, and there is still a slight increase in the price of acetic acid, with a range of 50-100 yuan/ton. In upstream and downstream mentality games, special attention should be paid to the inventory of terminal acetic acid and the resumption time of each household.
